2005:
In 2005 I climbed Carstenz Pyramid which is located in Irian Jaya, New Guinea. The highest peak between the Andes and the Himalaya is Puncak Jaya (Carstenz Pyramid) rising to over 5000 meters
on the tropical island of New Guinea. It is also the highest mountain on an island on the planet.
This climb was truly an Indiana Jones adventure!
